YELLOW LABEL CABERNET SAUVIGNON SOURCES FRUIT FROM LEADING SOUTH AUSTRALIAN CABERNET REGIONS WITH THE AIM TO CAPTURE THE VARIETY'S REGAL STRUCTURE, TEXTURE AND VARIETAL FRUIT FLAVOURS.

COLOUR Deep crimson with purples hues.

NOSE Aromatic dark fruit characters with hints of plum, cassis and minty varietal notes.

PALATE Generous mid palate with plum and cassis overtones, subtle integrated oak, gently structured tannins and a finely textured finish.
Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Aromas of berry, mint and chocolate drift up from the glass. These scents develop into flavours of rich berry and plum with a subtle touch of oak. This wine follows through with an elegant mouth feel and good length.

Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Arômes de baies, de menthe et de chocolat qui remontent le verre. Ces parfums se développent en saveurs de baies riches et de prunes avec une touche subtile de chene. Ce vin coule avec une sensation élégante en bouche et une belle longueur.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
