Wither Hills 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is produced from sustainably-grown grapes from the Marlborough wine region. Zesty and intense with bright apple, peach, grapefruit, tropical fruit, herbal and lemon-lime zest flavours textured on the palate and balanced with brilliant acidity. The Sauvignon Blanc spent some time on its lees following fermentation giving texture and finesse to the final wine. Pair it with grilled chicken and seafood dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Thai green curry fish, apple stuffed chicken breast, steamed mussels, herbed couscous salad.
