Produced from 100% Malbec wine grapes. Dark purple in the glass with a rich nose of dark berry, underbrush and toasty oak aromas on the nose. Dry, medium-plus-bodied with ripe blueberry, plum, savoury herb and mocha flavours on the palate. Great now and for the next three years. Pair with grilled game sausages.

Malbec food pairings: grilled sausages, venison steak, roast partridge.

Reviews and Ratings

Vichka rated this wine as 100/100
Trivento Golden Reserve 2016 is a flavoursome, medium-bodied 100% Malbec from Argentina's Luján De Cuyo wine region. Rich and smooth on the palate with ripe blueberry, blackberry, dark plum, anise, savoury herb and dark chocolate flavours on the palate. Tannins are firm. Decant for one hour prior to pouring with a roast of boar. - Community Wine Reviews
