Teperberg Vision Chardonnay-Semillon from Judean Hills is a refreshing, light to medium-bodied white offering aromas of ripe apricot, tangy grapefruit, and hints of white blossom. It's off-dry with bright acidity and a silky texture. Serve it well chilled with roasted chicken and herbed potatoes as the wine's lively fruit and crisp finish will enhance the savory herbs and tender meat beautifully, or pair it with chicken soup with matzo balls where the wine's gentle sweetness and fresh character will complement the comforting, flavorful broth perfectly. Senior winemaker Shiki Rauchberger leads the team at this historic fifth-generation family winery, now headed by Moti Teperberg, that traces its roots to 1827 when Avraham Teperberg escaped Odessa and learned winemaking in Austria before immigrating to Israel and settling in Jerusalem's Old City. The winery turned commercial in 1870 and launched the Vision series in 2015 as part of the Well Harvest 5 collection, celebrating five generations of the Teperberg family's commitment to blending tradition with contemporary winemaking excellence. Enjoy now or cellar for 3-6 years.

Chardonnay Semillon food pairings: roasted chicken with herbed potatoes, chicken soup with matzo balls, seared halibut.
