This is the celebration size of Silver Oak 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon (1500 ml) from Alexander Valley, Sonoma County wine region. Love the ripe dark berry, black currant, flinty, herbal nose on this beautiful Cab finishing with a mouthful of smoky, toasty oak spice. Tannins are grippy. Drink or hold.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: roast pork, smoked meats, slow-braised short ribs, venison sausage.
