Reviews and Ratings

Alex & Priya - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Priya: 2014 was an 'easier' year according to winemaker, Pierre Charon and that is reflected in wines that offer more in terms of smell and taste. This one is more fruity on the nose than it's 2013 sister and has more of a robust flavour. Yet it surely can't be called sweet to taste. It's super dry with that lovely hint of bubbles that I've come to adore--it makes me feel sparkly! Charon also said 'For me you can't live without Muscadet' and to that I say, cheers! 86pts
Alex: Much riper on the nose indeed. Peach and pear come through with a touch of bubblegum, seashells and a floral note. Expressive and ripe nose (for muscadet) more saline on the palate than the 2013, deeper concentration with layers of electric peach and flowers. Longer length leaves a brilliant layer of salt and minerals on the finish. 88pts

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
