Paul Hobbs 2019 Chardonnay is a full-bodied Russian River Valley Chard, a lovely light gold in the glass with a nose of honeyed apple, citrus peel, white spring florals and baked goods finishing with a flinty minerality. Well-rounded, rich and racy on the palate, an elegant Sonoma County, California Chard with great finesse.

Chardonnay food pairings: lobster in butter sauce, breads, cheese, poultry, quiches.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
