Nozeco Alcohol Free Sparkling Rosé is a bright, alcohol-free rosé sparkling wine made from de-alcoholised wine, crafted to preserve fresh fruit aromas and lively bubbles in a 75 cl bottle. It pours a pale pink with fine, persistent bubbles and expressive red fruit aromas, including strawberry, raspberry and hints of white strawberry and floral notes on the nose. On the palate it is slightly off-dry yet balanced, with juicy red fruit flavours and crisp acidity that give a refreshing, well-structured finish without the alcohol. The alcohol content is less than 0.5% by volume, qualifying it as alcohol-free and suitable for celebrations and mindful sipping. Fascinating fact: The dealcoholisation process used helps retain the wine’s natural aromas while offering a lower-calorie and vegan-friendly alternative to traditional sparkling rosé, making it popular for aperitifs, parties, and creative mocktails.

Rose Sparkling Wine food pairings: charcuterie plate, cheese board, turkey sandwiches.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
