Lundy Manor Lundy Rosé Sparkling from Ontario is a lively, light-bodied sparkling wine offering aromas of mixed berries, white blossom, and hints of candied ginger. It's off-dry with fine bubbles and refreshing acidity. Serve it well chilled with vegetable spring rolls as the wine's delicate sweetness and effervescence will complement the crispy wrapper and fresh vegetables beautifully, or pair it with grilled salmon where the wine's bright fruit and gentle spice will enhance the fish's richness perfectly. Head winemaker Adam Kern, a certified sommelier who graduated from Niagara College in 2007 and gained experience in Prince Edward County before joining the estate in 2015 to establish Lundy Manor, crafts this wine from an unconventional blend of Gamay, Chardonnay, and Gewürztraminer. The winery opened in 2018 as Niagara Falls' only estate winery, nestled on 60 acres of lush gardens and vineyards along the historic Lundy's Lane, just 12 minutes from the world-famous waterfalls. Enjoy now or cellar for 1-3 years.

Rosé Sparkling food pairings: vegetable spring rolls, grilled salmon with soy glaze, roasted root vegetables.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
