Yum! Dried fruit, plum, cedar, and cola on the nose and palate. Expressive and complex, this is a great wine at a terrific price. Recommend buying by the case and enjoying over the next few years. Tasted January 2016. 90+ points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca

A rustic medium-bodied Venetian wine with aromas and flavours of dark cherry, fleshy plum, violets, mocha, earthiness, leather, sweet tobacco, dried herbs and damp cellar.Medium(+) acidity with some evident tannins. Lingering fruit compote finish. A very nice wine for $21.
