Joel Gott 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is so pretty on the nose with guava, gooseberry, lemongrass and lemon-lime zest aromas. Very enticing on the palate, this SB is bone-dry with citrus florals, lime zest, gooseberry, dried fine herbs and lemongrass flavours on the palate. Chill and enjoy with halibut ceviche.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: tuna burgers, fish tacos, green salads topped with grilled shrimp.

Reviews and Ratings

L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This Sauvignon Blanc has a muted acidity; possibly from malolactic fermentation. Flavours and aroma of Asian pear, lemon grass, mineral and a citrus floral.
Smooth and round in the mouth and medium bodied; paired well with goat cheese.
