Domaine de la Baume's Baume Les Thermes Cabernet Sauvignon from Languedoc is a structured, full-bodied red wine offering notes of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, cocoa nib, and smoked paprika. This dry, certified-sustainable wine displays generous tannins and considerable complexity that will continue to develop over the next two years and beyond. Serve it at room temperature with grilled ribeye steak as the wine's bold character stands up to the marbled beef, or pair it with braised beef with root vegetables where the wine's richness complements the hearty autumn dish. Winemaker Caroline Grégoire crafts this characterful Cabernet Sauvignon from clay and limestone vineyards in the Languedoc, where Mediterranean sunshine and cooling sea breezes create wines of remarkable depth and breadth at accessible prices. Domaine de la Baume has been at the forefront of sustainable viticulture in southern France, maintaining organic certification while producing wines that punch well above their price point. This mid-week friendly Cabernet represents exceptional value and will delight through 2028 and beyond.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: hearty meat dishes with autumn veggies, rib eye steak on the barbie, meat lover's pizza.
