Astrolabe Wines Province 2017 is super refreshing with vibrant acidity and a grassy, green herb nose. On the palate, the Sauvignon Blanc is dry, medium-bodied with more lemon goodness, lime zest, white florals flavours on the palate with a zesty soft citrus finish. Chill and enjoy now with a green bean, avocado, spring onion and feta cheese quinoa salad.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled shrimp, grilled chicken breast, vegetarian pizza, quiches.
