Domaine Labranche Fire Cider 2013, Eastern Townships, Canada: A juicy, luscious mouth-watering dessert cider with glorious aromas of red and golden apples. Domaine Labranche Maple Wine 2014, Eastern Townships, Canada: A lovely and elegant dessert wine made from fermented maple syrup. Yes, there are aromas of maple and fresh forest floor, but also lovely toffee and caramel. Very balanced and not cloyingly sweet.
