Red Wine

Collosorbo Brunello Di Montalcino 2020, Montalcino, Tuscany D.O.C.G., Italy: Tucked into the Sant'Angelo in Colle hamlet of Montalcino, the Collosorbo estate farms sustainably and releases its Brunello only after full minimum aging, letting the Sangiovese build the complexity it needs rather than rushing it to market. Ripe and aromatic on the nose with pressed rose petal, tart cranberry, iron-tinged earth, and warm baking spice, it flows into a firm, balanced palate of dark cherry, graphite minerality, and a long chalky finish with ripe velvety tannins. Drink it now through 2030 with grilled steak, roast leg of lamb, hard cheese, or veal piccata. Brunello Di Montalcino food pairings: grilled steak, roast leg of lamb, hard cheese, veal piccata. Drink: 2025 - 2030 408492 14.5% XD 750 mL $84.95 Score: 93/100. June 2026. Full Review Add to Shopping Cart

Rosés

Muga Rosé 2025, Rioja D.O.C.A., Spain: Sourced from Muga's cool Alto Najerilla mountain vineyards at high altitude, this Garnacha and Viura rosado is recently bottled and still a little closed on the nose, offering delicate cherry and pear with a character clearly shaped by both the cold mountain origin and the vintage. Fresh and precise on the palate with pomegranate, dried rose petal, and a sleek clean finish with fine texture and lingering acidity. Bodegas Muga has been producing traditional Rioja wines since 1932 and is one of the few remaining estates to maintain a full cooperage on site. Serve it well chilled now through 2030 with endive and ham in white sauce, chicken à la king, or tagliatelle with ham. Rosé food pairings: endive and ham in Moray (white) sauce, chicken a la king, tagliatelle with ham. Drink: 2026 - 2030 603795 13.5% XD 750 mL $17.95 Score: 93/100. June 2026. Full Review Add to Shopping Cart
