Francis Ford Coppola Director's Cut Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, California, United States: Francis Ford Coppola Director's Cut 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is a lush and intensely-layered, fruit-driven Cab with toasty oak spice aromas on the nose and ripe blackberry, dark berry, cherry and toasty oak spice flavours concentrated and balanced on the palate with bright acidity for food. Grapes for this vintage were sourced from the cooler-climate wine regions of Alexander Valley and Sonoma County. Easy to understand, drink now or hold. Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: pork tenderloin, spaghetti with meatballs and sausage, roast lamb, game meats, slow-roasted beef. White Wine

Emiliana Signos de Origen Chardonnay Rousanne 2022, Casablanca Valley D.O., Chile: Emiliana Signos De Origen 2022 is a dry, full-bodied and rich white wine blend of 94% Chardonnay with the balance in Roussanne, and is crafted from organically grown grapes sourced from the Casablanca Valley. Fresh with ripe apple, stone fruit, spicy and leesy flavours creamy on the palate, this is a gorgeous white wine blend from a well-known producer. Fermentation of the wine is spontaneous with native yeasts in barrels, foudres and egg-shaped concrete tanks. The wine remains on its lees for nine months, 60% in French barrels, 16% in French 2,000-litre wood foudres, 15% in ovoid concrete vats, with the balance (9%) in stainless steel tanks.
