Pretty, flavoursome and smooth on the palate with ripe dark fruits, chocolate, well-integrated oak spice with balanced acidity. Pour with lamburgers stuffed with Feta cheese. White Wine

Laurent Miquel Nord Sud Viognier 2020, Pays D'oc I.G.P., France: From the Pays D'oc wine region, Laurent Miquel Nord Sud 2020 Viognier is fragrant with spring florals, ginger spice and mineral aromas. The wine is dry with ripe pear, fresh peach, apricot, orange zest, flint, ginger spice and vanilla flavours on the palate. The "north" and "south" in this wine's name refers to the north-south slope of the vineyard from where the grapes are sourced. The wine was matured on its lees in stainless-steel tanks as well as in new and neutral oak barrels. Viognier food pairings: Thai coconut shrimp, lamb tagine, smoked ham, mild spices and curries.
