Red Wine

Farmer's Leap Pillar Box Red 2023, Padthaway, South Australia, Australia: Padthaway's warm days and cool nights make it one of South Australia's most reliable sources of dark, richly structured reds, and Farmer's Leap Pillar Box Red is a punchy Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon blend that earns its reputation for overdelivering at every price point. Brooding and expressive on the nose with damson plum, dried fig, warm baking spice, and dark sesame from the oak, it opens to a concentrated, precise palate of dark plum, iron-tinged earth, and dried herb with a long firm finish and powdery tannins. Drink it now through 2029 with roast leg of lamb, gourmet burgers, or tourtière. Food pairings: roast leg of lamb, gourmet burgers, tourtiere. Drink: 2026 - 2029 685941 15% XD 750 mL $17.95 Score: 89/100. June 2026. Full Review Add to Shopping Cart

White Wine

Il Laghetto Trebbiano Di Lugana 2024, Laguna, Veneto D.O.C., Italy: Harvested in stages from Lugana's Lago di Garda shores and aged on its fine lees in stainless steel, the Il Laghetto Lepiga Trebbiano di Lugana makes a compelling argument for why this appellation is one of Italy's most talked-about white wine destinations. Crisp and characterful on the nose with peach, ripe apple, dried citrus blossom, and warm almond, it opens to a bold, textured palate of tangerine zest and cool saline minerality with a honeyed depth that emerges slowly as the wine breathes. Drink it now through 2029 with grilled seafood, pan-fried lake fish, or fresh pasta in cream sauce. Trebbiano Di Lugana food pairings: grilled seafood, pan-fried lake fish, pasta in cream sauce. Drink: 2026 - 2029 49057 12.5% D 750 mL $21.95 Score: 89/100. June 2026. Full Review Add to Shopping Cart
