Red Wine

Portas da Herdade Reserva 2019, Alentejo, Portugal: From Companhia das Quintas, Portas da Herdade 2019 is a rich, robust and powerful red blend of Syrah, Trincadeira and Touriga Nacional wine grapes, and is great value at $20. Fragrant and floral on the nose, youthful on the palate with ripe dark fruit, dark cherry, anise and pepper spice flavours. Tannins are structured and grippy and the wine would benefit from another year in cellar to mellow and marry. Good now, better in 2023. Food pairings: slow-braised beef ribs, beef bourguignon, onion tarte. Drink: 2023 - 2030 404418 14% XD 750 mL $23.95 Score: 90/100. November 2025. Top Rated Red Wine Full Review Add to Shopping Cart

Sparkling food pairings: fish tacos, fish and chips, pan-fried halibut in beurre blanc. Drink: 2025 - 2027 47093 12% XD 750 mL $74.95 Score: 93/100. November 2025. Top Rated Sparkling Wine Full Review Add to Shopping Cart
