Produced from 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc sourced from three Niagara-on-the-Lake vineyards, vinified and aged in small lots prior to the final blend. The wine is dry, medium-plus-bodied and concentrated with blackberry, spiced plum, wild herbs, chocolate and well-integrated toasty oak spice flavours juicy on the palate. So good now.
