Rich and buttery, yet also elegant and balanced. A gorgeous, luscious Niagara Chardonnay from one of the region's top producers. Voluptuous yet balanced and perfectly calibrated. Aromas of freshly buttered warm bread, white peach and pear. Match with roasted chicken or turkey.

Chardonnay food pairings: crab cakes, grilled salmon, seafood and shellfish platter.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Wow! This is an amazing Niagara cool climate Chardonnay. Vinified with fruit from Vinemount ridge VQA. Crisp and refreshing, with great acidity and exceptionally well balanced. Green apple, wet stone minerality, a hint of oak aging, and lime zest. Great complexity, and a perfect pairing with so many options. Pairs well with lemon chicken, herb roasted chicken, roasted turkey, seasonal salads. Easily drinking on its own. Tasted May 2017. 92 points
