Lovely mouth-watering juiciness and generosity of flavour! Lime, lemon and green apple on the nose and palate. Medium-bodied offering great refreshment and versatility with food, from seafood to salads.

Riesling food pairings: cheese dishes like white cheddar mac and cheese; seared scallops and crab cakes with corn and fennel; grilled veal chops.

Why I Tried this Wine: Lucky me, I started a food and wine paring course, this happened to be the first wine we tried. I guess we started off homegrown proud.

Tasting Notes: a pale straw colour

Fruity aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus, melon, pear, green apple, peach with hints of honey.

Flavours of apple, citrus and grapefruit
This wine is fresh with mouth-watering acidity. Its light bodied and has a long apple flavoured finish.

Food Pairing: seafood dishes and spicy Asian cuisine.

Would I buy this Wine Again: Yes, at only $13.95 for a Canadian Riesling I find this to be a great valued wine.

It took me a while to decide if I wanted to buy this wine or not, but I'm so glad I did! I was really surprised how yummy it was. While pouring myself a glass, I immediately picked up the aromas of lemon and lime. This dry riesling had nice crisp flavours and I knew that it would pair well with sushi or other seafood dishes. Most people who know me, know that I love purchasing Canadian wines, and this is one Canadian wine that I will definitely be purchasing again!

This Riesling bursts with lemon and lime aromas on the nose. The hint of sweetness on the palate is balanced by the backbone of acidity and displays lime, floral and mineral flavours. The finish is clean and refreshing.

Ce Riesling déborde d’arômes de lime et de citron au nez. Le soupçon sucré au palais est équilibré par un fond d’acidité et présente des saveurs de lime, de fleurs et de minéraux. Le fini est net et rafraîchissant.

This wine shows concentrated aromas of tropical fruit and green apple. On the palate,
citrus, clove and peach along with a touch of residual sweetness balances the extended,
crisp, clean finish.
