White and green melon in this lovely vibrant Niagara Sauvignon Blanc. Love the lime citrus notes, not much grassy action here though lots of mouth-watering acidity for vegetarian dishes and shellfish. Lemon and gooseberry on this zesty, zingy white wine. Medium-bodied and refreshing.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: vegetarian dishes, shellfish, green salads.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A zesty bright Sauvignon Blanc from Featherstone Vineyards featuring citrus, melon and stony minerals. Dry with light snow pea flavours. Acidity is fresh and light bodied. Pair with white perch and goats cheese citrus salads. 88 points - tasted July 2018
From the Niagara Escarpment in Ontario, Featherstone (2016) Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant with lime zest, lemon and gooseberry notes. This SB finishes with a zesty acidity and good lemon custard length. - Community Wine Reviews
