Gloriously floral and aromatic white wine from California. The blend of many white grapes changes each year but the signature remains the same. Medium-bodied and perfect for Asian dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

This lit up my taste buds, and became one of my favorite white wines. The brilliant flavors of tropical fruit, apricots, vanilla and citrus fruit combine for an explosive taste sensation on the palate. Great rich flavors balanced with great acidity, make for a great wine.
Lesley Quinn - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I love that each vintage is different and you never know exactly what grapes wine maker Jon Bolta uses so it leaves you in a conundrum trying to piece together exactly which varietals went into this wine. The aroma is addictive with scents of roses, honeysuckle and peaches, and in the mouth the wine is full bodied and has a silky texture with a hint of vanilla but also has a fresh green apple and melon tartness to it as well. The 2011 is not as sweet as previous vintages and therefore can be paired with lots of great shellfish dishes like the lobster and pork belly tart I enjoyed it with
