90 Points Best Buy Wine Enthusiast. Juicy blend of Portuguese varietals - Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional. The first nose emits an earthiness with floral and juicy berries. The palate lends a little more with rose petal, caramel, sweet spices. Good balanced acidity and smooth tannins. Good value. Drink now.

Here's a simple but solid value all around with lots of appeal, which drinks like a commercial California brand at twice the price. It offers a fresh, bright, fruity, slightly sweet impression, with warming alcohol and modest depth/length. Tasted March 2013. Value Rating: **1/2
Jane Staples rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Tinta Roriz 40%, Touriga Franca 40% and Touriga National 20% with a nose showing spicy red berry nose and the palate showing ripe red cassis, raspberry, cherries, baking spice, oak and a touch of tobacco. Dry with a long ripe red berry finish.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
