Another great Rhone wine!

In the glass healthy, bright ruby red color.
On the nose fruit forward, prunes, blackberries, cherries leather notes.
On the palate medium bodied, dry, great balance.
Spices, cherries, floral flavours, little bit of minerality.
Long finish with a lot of fruit in the end.

Château Du Trignon Le Bossu 2007, A.C., Gigondas, Rhône, France: Gorgeous, and spectacularly well-priced for this region and style! Robust and concentrated with a river of black cherry liqueur pleasure running through the heart of this bold wine. Good balance and structure so this one will age very well in the cellar. Some dried herbs and figs on the finish wrapped in smoke. Dry and satisfying. Pair with hearty meat dishes and meaty heart-to-heart conversations.
