Brent Gushowaty rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Eye:
Cherry rim, pale depth.

Nose:
Bit of pomegranate lilting fruit, black cherry, dried cherry, bit of strawberry. Good though not a classic pinot style.

Palate:
Plenty of pomegranate tinged acidity, more oregon or NZ style. Soft fruit at beginning, well balanced.

Other Information:
Greata Ranch Vineyards, was established in 1895 by George Greata and was one of the most prolific peach orchards in the Okanagan. Senator Ross Fitzpatrick purchased the property in 1994. It was run in conjunction with their other property Cedar Creek Winery. The Fitzpatrick family recently sold CedarCreek Estate Winery to von Mandl Family Estates but retained Greata Ranch Vineyards. The family is now working on plans to transform Greata Ranch into a sparkling wine house. There will be a new winery facility for harvest 2016. The Greata Ranch Wine Shop will be closed for the 2015 season while renovations are underway for the re-launch of the Greata Ranch Reserve Winery in April 2016.

Valerie Stride rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Greata Ranch's 2007 Pinot Noir is drinking right now. A lighter-bodied expression of this varietal, with clean, well-balanced acidic structure and soft tannins. The bouquet and palate still show red fruit, and the oak is clean with a hint of smoke. For optimum results, drink until mid-2013.
