Natalie's Score: 89/100

A fresh, crisp, lively Austrian white wine made from the classic grape Chardonnay. Aromas of peach, and yes, a hint of banana, but not in a sweet sense - more tropical intrigue. Barely noticeable oak. Pair with fresh seafood, shellfish and chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: fish, poultry, veal.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This wine is just bananas! Ha! But seriously - dad jokes aside - this is a glistening golden fresh Austrian Chardonnay. Aromas consist of canned peaches, ripe yellow pears, and of course, I’m not sure if it’s entirely the power of suggestion but there’s plenty of rich buttery bananas! Tropical flowers follow the bright flavours; baked apples, pineapple and vanilla infused lemon curd. Medium plus brisk acidity, medium body and finish with rich creamy fragrant fruit (yes you guessed it - bananas!) Enjoy with popcorn or seared scallops. 88 points
Fruity, herbs and an idea of nutmeg and bananas nuances, citrus and pear.
