Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

This icewine is a decadent treat, and it's a gorgeous colour in your glass as well. Aromas of candied strawberry and raspberry with hints or rhubarb, and orange. Full bodied and smooth with a soft, luxurious texture, but well balanced with some mouthwatering acidity. Fruit on the palate is ripe and jammy, balanced with a hint of honey, and a lengthy finish. Enjoy with dark chocolate.
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Delicious. Crafted with cabernet franc, this icewine showed a striking ruby colour that introduced an enjoyable experience marked by mouthcoating lush strawberry, cassis and subtle savoury spice notes. Serve a Canadian styled Manhattan cocktail by replacing vermouth with this ice wine from Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula appellation. Enjoy.
