Reviews and Ratings

Mark Britton rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

A beautiful non vintage Champagne that I would actually rate higher than the 2004 vintage Rose. It is a consistent wine that hits you with strawberry and some toast right at the start, then a long lingering finish. Another reason for the high rating is the ability of this wine to pair with food. Pair with just about anything from light salads with fruit to complex meat dishes including thanksgiving turkey or pork dishes.
Sara M - WSET Advanced reviewed this wine as follows:

This non-vintage Champagne is smooth with delicate bubbles (mousse) and a lively mouthfeel with refreshing acidity. Notes of blossom, lime and a subtle hint of almonds dance on the palate. I prefer to enjoy this bubbly beauty on it's own; however, it would pair well with oysters, scallops or light hors d'oeuvres. Elegant and well-structured, yet fun to drink at the same time. One of my personal favourite rose Champagnes and well worth the splurge for a celebratory occasion!

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
