Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Light lemon and spice aromas. Crisp and dry. Subtle ripe tropical hints on the finish. Ideal for seafood, oysters, ham, and sheep milk cheese.
Valldosera is a dry, toasty, spicy, flinty and tasty Cava produced mostly from the traditional Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada, wine grapes to make Cava with some Chardonnay and Subirat Parent wine grapes. Chill and enjoy now and for the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews
