Up Ultimate 2020 is a rich and spicy rosé blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Rolle grapes. The wine is dry, medium-bodied and so juicy with sweet-tart strawberry, red berry, orange zest, fine herb and spicy flavours on the palate. Very food versatile, chill and enjoy with grilled chicken, salmon burgers or charcuterie and creamy cheeses.

Rosé food pairings: ham and cheese sandwiches, grilled chicken breasts, green salads.

Reviews and Ratings

Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Ultimate Rosé for sure.
A beautiful bottle, with an equally beautiful Rosé inside.
Aromas of citrus, white flowers and cranberries fill the glass, carrying through to a crisp citrus finish.
A true expression of Province Rosé.
Wonderful paired with spinach pizza or lemon salmon.
Tasted August 2021.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
