Reviews and Ratings

Suzanne Patterson rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Great champ.
Alex & Priya - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Alex: Funky, yeasty nose with lemon and green apple and baked bread at the fore. Quite a fine mousse, impressive, with solid depth of flavor and a long, chalky yeasty finish. A powerful and refined sparkler. $27 isn't cheap, but this isn't run of the mill either. 89 pts

Priya: I don't smell a lot of yeast Alex but whatever you say! I will say that this is better on the second day which is strange for a sparkling wine. It's also not overly bubbly - an oxymoron perhaps but I can't stand when all you can perceive is bubbles and nothing else. As the odd bird who isn't a lover of Champagne, I like this sparkler. 88 pts
Holly Bruns rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This refreshing bottle of bubbly is very tart on the palate with some citrus fruitiness, a little apple and ginger, lots of yeasty, biscuity aromas, and a slightly bitter, mouthwatering finish; good to get your appetite working.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
