A rich golden hue in the glass belies the intensity of peach preserves and apricot jam flavours in this lovely Niagara icewine. Luscious, pure luscious! This is the liquid definition of hedonism. Pair with peach cobbler or flan.

Vidal Icewine food pairings: fresh fruit salad, dark chocolate and berry panache torte, blue cheeses.

Strewn (2013) is a Vidal Icewine from Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, deep yellow-gold in colour with layers for dried stonefruit, citrus, honey and spiced apple on the nose. Luscious with a zesty acidity to be had with baked cream blue cheeses and apricot compote. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
