Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Shows ripe strawberry, cranberry and red plum notes with interesting touches of black pepper and violets. Fresh acidity and soft tannins. Enjoy with roast pork tenderloin and grilled vegetables.
Tasted April 2018
Stratus 2016 is a plushy, silky and dry Gamay from the Niagara-On-The-Lake wine region. So cherry, strawberry with a kiss of white pepper. This wine is very versatile and will pair with just about anything. Or, just have a glass (or two). - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
