Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This is a fresh and fruity Pinot Noir from the South island region in Marlborough, New Zealand. Pale ruby colour and lots of polished red fruit on the nose. Cherry, strawberry, raspberry, licorice and a touch of earth. On the palate, tart-chewy cherries, smoke, light pepper and strawberry freshness. A touch of baking spice, vanilla and a hint of raspberry and anise carrying into the finish. Medium acidity with a light body and tannins. Nicely balanced. Will accompany Asian mandarin beef, mushrooms and rice noodles and teriyaki salmon dishes nicely.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
