From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Southbrook Triomphe 2020 Rosé is produced from organically-grown Cabernet Franc grapes. Bright ruby in the glass, the wine is dry, medium-bodied with racy acidity on the palate and a bright and juicy mouthful of fresh strawberry, ripe raspberry, cherry, fine herb, mineral and white pepper flavours. Chill and enjoy with cold roast chicken sandwiches and potato salad.

Cabernet Franc Rosé food pairings: spinach greens and fresh strawberry salad, goat cheese brick and dried cranberries and herbs.
