Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Vibrant and flavourful Pinot Noir. Aromas of red cherry, cranberry, leather, earth and smoke. Medium bodied with bright and balanced acidity, lots of ripe berries on the palate, and some earthy, smoky hints on the finish. Enjoy with grilled pork or rustic mushroom dishes.
From St. David's Bench, Niagara-On-The-Lake wine region, Queenston Mile 2017 Pinot Noir is estate-bottled. Look for bright cherry, beet root and cedar brush spice on this medium-bodied PN with grippy tannins and would benefit from a couple of years cellaring. Better in 2021. - Community Wine Review

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
