From the Veneto wine region, Prevedello Asolo Superiore 2021 is a great value extra dry Prosecco at $18. Crisp, clean with a persistent mousse of white-fleshed stone fruit, apple, melon and biscuit flavours fresh and lively on the palate. Chill and enjoy on its own or with brunch dishes. Franco Prevedello has owned, consulted and operated 24 restaurants in Toronto and knows a thing or two about good Prosecco ;)

Prosecco Superiore food pairings: charcuterie, salads, hors d'oeuvres.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
