Reviews and Ratings

Valerie Stride - WSET ADV rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A favourite of mine; an off-dry Gewurztraminer that always shows itself consistently for quality and style. The price point is also excellent for its value. A golden-hued fruit-forward wine, this "Gew" is considered to be an extreme-style because it is coming out of Alsace, France. On the bouquet, expect lots of tropical fruit including, but not limited to, lychee and mango. Stone fruit and sweet apple blossom also raise from the glass. Honeyed pear makes an appearance, too. The palate shows white spices and minerality alongside citrus bursts of lemon and grapefruit. This wine is one of my all-time favourites. I dare you to try it!

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
