This classic French red wine is loaded with aromas of fleshy black plums, blackberries and blueberries. Full-bodied with smoky forest floor. Mouth-filling and rich with a long finish. Surprising acidity on the mid-palate: almost tingling in sensation on the tongue. One of the best organic wine producers worldwide. Pair with free range grilled chicken or beef.

Food pairings: grilled Angus beef steak.

Reviews and Ratings

The grapes for this French red wine are grown organically without any chemical treatment in the vineyard. Very spicy with black and dark red berries on the nose and palate. Pair this wine with Mediterranean dishes. The Perrin family also owns the esteemed Chateau Beaucastel and are traditional advocates of organic winemaking. The half-bottle size of this wine (10363) is also coming out in this release. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
