Reviews and Ratings

Produced by Marotti Campi, Orgiolo 2017 Lacrima Morro is fragrant with rose petals, blackberry, piney, juniper aromas, dry, spicy with earthy violets, dark cherry, dark spices finishing long smooth and velvety on the palate. Lacrima is a rare red wine grape native to the Marche wine region and uniquely to Lacrima di Morro d'Alba. Lacrima means "tear" and the name is derived from its tear-like shape. The wine was aged one year in previous-use French oak barrels. This vintage scored 3 Glasses out of 3 in the 2020 Gambero Rosso guide. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
