Love, love, love the 2012 Grand vintage of Moët & Chandon Brut Rosé Champagne with its delicate mousse of wild strawberry, honeyed mandarin, soft pink grapefruit and light cake spice flavours on the palate. The assemblage for this vintage was 50% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier. Enjoy now, pair with anything, but mostly good times.

Rosé Champagne food pairings: pasta with cheese-based sauce, caviar, lobster thermidor, sushi.
