Mission Hill Reserve 2021 Pinot Gris is produced from grapes sourced from Oliver and Naramata wine regions in British Columbia. Dry, medium-bodied , so fresh and bright with ripe apple, peach, citrus zest, ginger and white pepper flavours silky on the palate. A portion of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels giving the wine a lovely structured roundness. Chill and enjoy it with poached salmon in a rich lemon butter white wine sauce.

Pinot Gris food pairings: grilled lemon-rosemary chicken, grilled pork tenderloin, veggie burgers.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
