A spritely acidic attack on this medium-bodied BC white wine made from Pinot Gris grapes. Aromas of white pear and some lime. This wine was one of six finalists for Canada's best wine to pair with feta cheese. Also match it with roasted chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Citrus and pear aromas with some baking spice and peach on the palate. A wonderful summer sipping wine or to pair with grilled seafood or salad with grilled chicken, goat cheese and strawberries.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A very creamy wine - apple, pear, apple blossom, touch of vanilla and a butteriness. A nice contrast to salty fresh feta, it would also be a compliment to a creamy cheese such as the creamy-firm l'Empereur with a tangy salted-butter taste. A nice alternative for chardonnay lovers.
