Reviews and Ratings

Trent Mayers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This justifiably popular dry Rose has been around for about 20 years now. Its pure, mineral shaded flavours of strawberry, sour cherry, red currant, grapefruit, and lemon will ensure its continued popularity. Drink it as an aperitif, or with salmon, chicken, or salads. 3.5+ stars out of 5.
Lise Charest Gagne rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Malivoire never disappoints with this Rosé. Made from A blend of grapes grown specifically for this wine and it really shines through. 65% cabernet franc, 27% gamay and 8% pinot noir. One word comes to mind. Pretty! Bright shiny salmon in the glass. Aromatic with field strawberry, clementines and watermelon. Refreshing, zesty pastilles, crunchy cherry and pink watermelon! This would hold up nicely with some bbq chicken or killer with a cheese plate! Also love the fact this wine is certified sustainable. I can’t wait for next years vintage!!
Andrea Shapiro reviewed this wine as follows:

Malivoire Winery always does a nice Rosé and Ladybug is an endearing example of this. With a fresh new label from previous vintages, the 2019 is a crisp blend of Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Pinot Noir. Medium salmon coloured with aromas of wild strawberry, starfruit and lime zest. Flavours show nectarine, cantaloupe and fresh clementines. Brisk acidity, followed by a light body and finish with fresh herbs and soft minerals in the back. This is a perfect host/hostess gift and suitable pairing for a variety of foods such as chicken caesar salad, shrimp tacos or soft cheeses. -tasted October 2020
From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, an intense and vibrant rosé wine blend of Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes. Delicious and food-friendly with ripe strawberry, cherry and watermelon flavours on the palate. Enjoy with grilled chicken dishes. Malivoire is a local leader in sustainable winemaking. - Community Wine Reviews
