Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Perfect for late summer or early fall afternoons. Blended from 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot, aromas of field strawberries, lime and apple blossoms. Light on the palate with medium acidity. 15% of this wine was aged in Slovakian oak, adding a hint of smoothness to the palate and finish. Enjoy with smoked salmon or roasted vegetable side dishes.
Crushed and pressed without any skin contact to get a beautiful light pale salmon colour. Nose full of strawberries, raspberries and a lot of stone fruit. Bright with refreshing acidity and a little bit of vanilla.
