Reviews and Ratings

Jenny Ratcliffe-Wright CWM rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A super dependable sparkling that is clean and well put together. Made in the traditional (Champagne) method it is laden with watermelon and rose petal on the nose. The palate is fresh and crunchy, like biting into an apple, with a fresh apple crumble finish. Made from 100% Pinot, this wine is super value and will not disappoint a crowd. It would be delicious served with brunch with baked pancetta brioche buns with herbed grilled mushrooms @wrightwineblog
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

An Argentinian sparkling rose of 100% Pinot Noir, presents pale rose gold in the glass. An aroma of cherries and strawberries, medium-bodied with the apple on the palate with a bread-like finish. Made in the traditional champagne method.
From Mascota Vineyards in Argentina, La Mascota NV Extra Brut is a traditional method vibrant sparkling rosé and well-priced under $20. Toasty on the nose with autolytic notes, look for baked apple, red berry and fresh baked pastry flavours on the palate. Dry, medium-bodied with a persistent mousse. Buy it by the case! - Community Wine Reviews
