La Giustiniana Terre Antiche 2021 is produced from organically grown 100% Cortese wine grapes. Terre Antiche Gavi di Gavi is lemon yellow in the glass with a delicate fragrance of lime, lemon and mineral aromas and flavours zesty on the palate. Perfect for all manner of seafood dishes, chill and enjoy it with a seafood Alfredo. From an estate established in the 10th century, the estate is just shy of 100 acres and the vineyards are between 300-500 metres above sea level. Soils are well-drained grey marl with loose sandy topsoil. Grapes were fermented for two weeks in temperature -controlled stainless steel tanks, unoaked and bottled in the spring following the harvest.

Gavi food pairings: pan-fried lemon-butter sole, seafood chowder, grilled white-fleshed fish dishes.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
