Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Subtly aromatic with alluring elements of violets, red currents, tomato leaves, herbal rhubarb stems and earthy leather. Flavours reveal grilled cherries, roasted red pepper, black pepper and smoke. Medium plus acidity, body and finish with a spicy persistency. Pair with grilled pork ribs and chicken supreme. 89 points - tasted May 2018
Kloof Street 2016 is a great value, full-bodied and easy to drink Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan red wine blend with grapes hand-harvested from five sustainably farmed parcels selected from sites across Swartland. Look for juicy red and blackberries flavours on the palate. Tannins are velvety and silky. - Community Wine Reviews
